Registration of volunteers at the Eurasia Global forum is extended

Application for the Volunteer Corps of the Forum “Eurasia Global” has been extended

Registration deadline for the volunteer corps for the International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” has been extended to May 27. The Forum will take place on
August 12-18, 2019, in Orenburg.

The Volunteer Corps is an integral part of the Forum, providing organizational assistance in the preparatory process and during the event itself. The volunteers of the Forum will carry out various functions, namely: team coordinator, business program, protocol, service office responsible for participants, press service, volunteerheadquarters, infrastructure service, shorthand transcription service, logistics etc.

Both Russian and foreign citizens over the age of 18are eligible toapply. Costs associated with travelling to the Forum venue shall be covered by volunteers themselves of by a sending organization.

In the selection process special attention will be paid to the language skills of the applicants. The working languages of the Forum are English and Russian.

Organizers of the Forum will provide: 3 meals per day and accommodation, branded uniform, training courses and support, invaluable experience and new skills.

Application forms shall be submitted through the Automated Information System “Youth of Russia”. The application deadline is May 27.
The selection process will be carried out in two stages: selection based on the application forms and Skype interviews. Each applicant will get a letter informing him or her about the results of the selection process. The letter will be sent to all applicants regardless of the result.

Pleasenotethatthe volunteers shall arrive in Orenburg no later than August 5th to undergo training courses.

It should be emphasized that the Forum “Eurasia Global” is an annual communicational platform, which gathers young people who are open for interaction and communication. This year more than 300 Russian and 500 foreign citizens will participate in the Forum.
