The Eurasia Global Forum Volunteer school has started its work

On August 26, the opening of the International Youth Forum Eurasia Global Volunteer School took place in Orenburg.
Two hundred volunteers from all over the world were welcomed by Sergey Molchanov, Director of the Orenburg Region Youth Policy Department, Daria Kapitan, Deputy Director of the Forum, Alexander Pochkin, Head of partner events and Forum meanings, Maxim Muravyev, Head of the Volunteer Corps, Denis Krivtsov, Director of the Regional Agency for Youth Programs and Projects of the Orenburg Region, Elena Kameneva, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work of the Orenburg State Pedagogical University.
"The most important thing now is to preserve our health. And after all the events, we will return to our regions healthy, happy and, what is no less important, filled with the energy of the Forum!", - said Sergey Molchanov.
"At the Eurasia Global Forum, we are erasing the boundaries not only between regions and countries, but also between us yesterday and us future. Eurasia Global is your unique opportunity for growth and development. The most important thing is to keep this trend after the Forum and transmit it in everyday life!", - Maxim Muravyov addressed the audience.
Volunteers from 71 regions of the Russian Federation and 13 countries of the world are beginning to prepare for work at the Forum. The helpers will carry out activities in various areas: "Business Program Service", "Protocol Service", "Service for working with global personalities", "Press service", "Information organization Service", "SWAT-team"," Logistics of participants","Staff volunteers", "Curator of participant teams", "Assistance in the implementation of Grant competitions", "Shorthand Service", "Arrival and departure of participants", and "Team leaders".
During their preparation at the School, they will have an educational module that will include a lecture-theoretical course and practice-oriented classes aimed at improving skills, competencies and eliminating gaps in knowledge about the activities of volunteers at a major international event. Special attention will be paid to the team building block. In the game format, the volunteers will live through the Forum, get acquainted with the innovations of the program, the entire infrastructure and facilities where all activities will take place. The distribution of volunteers by services will take place taking into account their wishes and success in working at the School.

The Eurasia Global Forum will be held in Orenburg from September 2 to 8. The event is part of the All-Russian Forum campaign of Rosmolodezh. AFC is the flagship project of Rosmolodezh. The AFC unites 16 unique youth forums that take place throughout the country – from the Crimea to the Far East. Its goal is to create an ecosystem of personal and professional potential of young people in Russia, the implementation of business initiatives or public ideas with the participation of experienced mentors and authoritative experts.

The Forum is one of seven forums that have been assigned the status of federal ones on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. The Forum is organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Government of the Orenburg Region, and the Youth Resource Center.
